I have just returned from a really nice stay in this small hotel, reasonably large rooms. I truly enjoyed the staff, they are pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The breakfast variety is great and adequate with bottled water, good service. It has stunning and marvellous location in a beautiful area.

The breakfast is great and adequate and the staff is pretty friendly. The location is wonderful and fantastic, in a large park area from where a train takes you to central London in 30 minutes. Also, it is close to a local pub approx 2 miles away, the canteen-like restaurant and a large scout campsite / conference centre.

Everything was GOOD, amazing location just next door to a large scout campsite/conference centre and shops and cafes, really nice experience. The accommodating staff upgraded us to a stylish room with big fluffy towels.

It was surely a such wonderful stay at really good value. Everything was good, exceptional staff, excellent views of Gill well Park. Our double room was new-fashioned, freshly decorated. The location was great and brilliant in the calm area. Btw, it was not too far away from West Essex Golf Club.

Excellent staff on reception and elsewhere. Good-sized and freshly decorated room with extremely comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Great and adequate breakfast, particularly coffee and tea.

A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV in the room and the comfortable bed. Very helpful and thoughtful staff with great local knowledge.

A nice looking and well-maintained hotel for a stopover in Chingford. Great breakfast with a wide range of food. Good customer service. Good sized restaurant, parking onsite.

The room is a nice size and essentials you need, including a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and TV, is right there. The hotel provided a good customer service during our business trip.

We had an exceptional experience. Property was simple, with extremely helpful staff and magnificent location close to epping forest which is beautiful. The room was brand-new and extremely pleasant, really enjoyed it. Overall the service was good.

Modern, spotless rooms provided with a shared bathroom, a wonderful view, as example. Great food, coffee and tea.

The rooms are tidy with adequate breakfasts included.

The staff were very accommodating, and the location of this place is stunning as it is within walking distance of the West Essex Golf Club, which is in a beautiful area.
